Public Adjuster Licensing
Pennsylvania requires individuals seeking a public adjuster's license to score 70% or higher on the Pennsylvania Public Adjuster's (Series 16-19) examination. The exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions. The exam addresses: Insurance Regulations, General Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance Basics, Dwelling Policy, Homeowners Policy, Commercial Property Policies, Commercial Inland Marine, Businessowners Policy, Other Types of Insurance Policies, and the Adjustment Process.
